Sissi Apartment

Sissi Apartment is located in a very quiet area in the southern outskirt of Vienna, precisely in the 23rd district called Liesing. It is ideal for a relaxing holiday, away from the chaos of the city, but perfectly connected to the different attractions and also to the city centre, which can be reached in 35 minutes by public transport (buses, trams and trains are 5 minutes by walk from the apartment).

Parks, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and various shops are within walking distance.

The apartment is about 35m² and consists of a bedroom, a bathroom, a small kitchen, and a walk-in closet. Furthermore, the house has a courtyard in front of the main entrance, and a lovely garden in the back, completed of everything you need to enjoy a moment of relaxation in the green.

The bedroom is very quiet and overlooks the garden. Sheets, extra pillows and blankets are available. Furthermore, there is an en-suite bathroom, with basic personal care products.

The kitchen is well equipped: fridge, small freezer, electric cooker, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and a toaster leave nothing else to be desired.

The walk-in closet is organized to store your suitcases and clothes perfectly, in order to have the rest of the rooms/spaces free.

The Prices 2022/2023 change according to the period:

• 1.11.-15.11.2022 € 150,-

• 16.11.-20.12.2022 € 170,-

• 21.12.-8.1.2023 € 190,-

• 9.1.2023-31.8.2023 € 150,-

Prices are intended per night, inclusive of costs such as city tax, electricity, heating and cleaning.  
The apartment is equipped for maximum two people; in case of more people, it is preferred to ask before booking.                                                                                                                                                            The minimum for booking is 2 nights. For one night only, € 30 will be added to the main price.

The courtyard has a car/E-bike charging station (charged according to consumption).

Pets are allowed, with an extra cost of €15 per night.
